The Client & Context
Shivam Kumar is a video editor and short-form storyteller who edits high-engagement reels and video projects for multiple creators (including Vihari Vlogs, Glivvy Tech). Shivam came to us with a common freelancer issue: he was pitching to high-value clients using un-organized Google Drive links, which limited his perceived business value.
Shivam needed a premium digital hub to showcase his video pacing, music synchronization, and typography editing styles, enabling him to charge professional creative rates.
The Challenge
Video portfolios demand high performance. Loading multiple high-resolution video files simultaneously causes mobile browsers to freeze. We needed to develop a layout that felt like an immersive, dark, "Netflix-style" interface while ensuring fluid scrolling and rapid asset loads.

The Problem Diagnosis
Standard editor portfolios struggle to convert leads due to three structural issues:
- Google Drive Friction: Clients hate downloading heavy files or waiting for Drive folders to render.

Compressed MP4/WebM video assets and lazy-loaded player containers, ensuring smooth performance.

Mapped the Vercel deployment to `shivam.solicate.in`, finalized review edits, and closed the handoff.
